I’ve been a pesci-vegetarian for a year (June 5th), and I decided to take it further and just drop fish, dairy and eggs all together. I’m quite excited and determined, I want to do this for at least the summer and I’ll see what happens after that. I just need to stay strong and I know I’ll be able to resist the temptations for sure, resisting yogurt will definitley be the most difficult. Now I wont be able to eat chewy candy, and jell-o, marshmallows etc because they have gelatin, along with some gum. I’m hoping to also drop some weight while doing this, my weights gone up again. So i just need to figure out some sort of meal plan and exercise plan.
I just really dont understand how I used to be able to eat meat, like legit I ate a LOT of meat… now whenever I look at lets say pork, I just imagine one of those cute piggies, locked up in a tiny cage its whole life and then being slaughtered…I literally cry when I watch peta videos…. and milk is so gross, the way its made disgusts me, those poor cows are constantly forced to be pregnant or given hormones to produce milk and since they are attached to those machines constantly they’re utters get sores on them which never get a chance to heal and blood and puss get into the milk, which is then cleaned with chemicals, they add calcium and vitamins into it, AND there is a certain percentage of puss that they are actually allowed to leave in the milk. That’s disgusting. Drink organic, or soy, almond, and rice beverages! Soy is my personal favourite!
I could continue this rant but it would end up being extremely long hahaha
